Josh has provided consulting services to health care organizations since 2001. His clients have included hospitals, group medical practices, mental health agencies, home health agencies, dialysis centers, health plans, and health networks. He has extensive experience with not-for-profit accounting, governmental accounting standards, and the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133.
Josh regularly presents on issues related to health care reform and industry-specific accounting and finance issues. He is a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has served on the boards of various health care and not-for-profit organizations. He also has experience serving as an adjunct professor of accounting at Seattle Pacific University.
