He has owned and managed a CPA firm in Memphis since 1981, and has over 35 years of experience in taxation and business consulting. He built his firm by always focusing on the client’s needs. Ed is active in numerous civic and professional organizations and has held a variety of leadership positions within those groups. In addition to his public practice, he is an intermediary for mergers and acquisitions of middle market companies. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ed and his team of professionals work closely with both individuals and small/medium size business owners on income tax, accounting and management issues.
