Dave has practiced public accounting since 1981. He has working knowledge in several aspects of real estate taxation including like-kind exchanges, involuntary conversions, tenancy-in-common arrangements, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and low-income housing tax credits. Dave’s expertise includes real estate, construction, business acquisitions and mergers, and business succession planning. He also consults with closely-held companies on business succession issues, partnership and LLC technical tax issues, and entity structural tax planning. Dave leads the firm’s Oregon region Real Estate Group.
